I am a third-year Ph.D. candidate in Politics at the University of Strathclyde, working under a collaborative studentship between the University of Strathclyde, the Scottish Graduate School of Social Sciences, and Afrobarometer. My research examines trends and causes of gender gaps in political participation and explores how higher education impacts women’s political participation, with a particular focus on Africa.
